State Tax Info
Currently, some states require Meier & Dutch to collect and remit state excise taxes on behalf of our partners. In every other state, our partners can now purchase tax paid product from Meier & Dutch, and we will handle the excise tax collection and remittance on their behalf. Choose to buy tax paid product from us and we will automatically collect the necessary excise taxes from you upon purchase, and remit these taxes to your state, on your behalf, in accordance with individual state laws.
The following five (5) states require us, the seller, to collect and remit all applicable excise taxes and sales transactions.
